...But this is Indiana!

In 49 other states, it's just sports.

Roy Hibbert Is Not Hasheem Thabeet, But He Does Like Coupons

Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert has always seemed like an interesting character, but he revealed quite a bit that the public wasn't aware of on Thursday morning's Dan LeBatard Show. The 7-foot-2 center discussed everything from how he likes to collect coupons to how he doesn't like to be copared to fellow tall guy Hasheem Thabeet ... and everything in between.

Hibbert's interview was transcribed by Sports Radio Interviews and while he was probably brought on to talk about his recurring guest role on NBC's Parks and Rec, the former Georgetown big man went on to talk about a large variety of things.

Star-divide

The main highlight may have been his answer to the worst part about 7-foot-2, as he replied "People coming up to me asking me if I'm Hasheem Thabeet. That's probably the worst thing. No offense to him, but I look nothing like him," but there was another gem should probably stick out to NBA players and their financial planners.

Where would you have a coupon? How would you come upon one and how would that work?:

"Obviously you have to go to the newspaper. And I still have my college ID. I know that during the lockout that Chipotle and Qdoba have like College Night and the burritos were like half price, so you have to whip it out."
