NFL: Colts WR Reggie Wayne Named AP First Team All-Pro

Colts WR Reggie Wayne achieved a first in his career on Monday, being named as a First Team All-Pro, voted on by the Associated Press.  Wayne was joined on the first team at WR by Atlanta Falcon Roddy White.  Wayne led the NFL this season in receptions with 115, a career high.

The leading vote getter, and only unanimous choice, was Patriots QB Tom Brady, who received all 50 first place votes. This also marks the seventh straight year at least one player was unanimous in the voting.  The AFC has 2/3 of the spots on the team, with 18 of the 27 players.

Colts players receiving votes were Dwight Freeney (7), Adam Vinatieri (3) and Robert Mathis (1).
