Joseph Addai made the start tonight for the Colts against the New Orleans Saints, but after being questionable with a hamstring injury for most of the week he has aggravated the injury in the first quarter of tonight's game and is unlikely to return:
@SNFonNBC SundayNightFootballTAFOYA: Addai questionable to return for the Colts with that hamstring injury
This means the Colts will likely rely on Delone Carter and Donald Brown the rest of the night. Carter has already fumbled the ball away once, setting up the third New Orleans touchdown. Addai had two carries for eight yards at the time he left the game. Carter has three rushes for 28 yards with his fumble, but the Colts already trail in the contest after Jed Collins scored on a short run early in the second quarter.
Darren Evans, who was recently activated from the practice squad, could also see some time on the field.
Indianpolis Colts running back Joseph Addai hadn't practiced Wednesday or Thursday after missing Week 6 and was all but ruled out for the Sunday Night Football game vs. New Orleans. The hammy must have felt pretty good on Friday, though, because he was a full participant in practice and could very well be the starting running back when the Colts' offense takes the field.
Despite the distinct possibility, the Colts have officially listed Addai as questionable for the game, joining eight other Colts players listed as such, as well.
Here is the full Colts injury report as it was released on Friday:

The winless Indianapolis Colts venture to New Orleans to take on the Saints in a Super Bowl XLIV rematch on Sunday Night Football this weekend. It should be a good one, if you don't consider that the Colts are one of only three NFL teams still without a win this season or that two of their best players will not play.
Running back Joseph Addai missed another day of practice Thursday and is very unlikely to go come Sunday night. If he is in fact unavailable, coach Jim Caldwell has said that he will use a one-two punch of Delone Carter and Donald Brown.
Addais was just one of several Colts who are banged up, though, so here is the team's injury report in its entirety as it was reported on Thursday:

Joseph Addai Injury Update: Addai Out For Remainder Of Saints Game
Joseph Addai will not return to tonight's Indianapolis Colts at New Orleans Saints game according to the Colts themselves:
Addai has already missed last week's game at Cincinnati, but he did start tonight before leaving when the same hamstring injury worsened in the first quarter. He did manage to carry twice for eight yards and caught two passes for 11 yards before leaving. He is the Colts' leading rusher so far. Delone Carter, who replaced Addai in the lineup, has Indianapolis' lone touchdown. He also had a critical fumble that set up a score for the Saints late in the first quarter.
