The Indianapolis Colts coaching staff was finalized on Tuesday and, unsurprisingly, it looks quite a bit different than it did in 2011. This year's coaching staff will have 15 different people playing a part, but only three holdovers from last year's disastrous season.
The Colts announced on Tuesday that Clyde Christensen (quarterbacks), Richard Howell (assistant strength and conditioning) and David Walker (running backs) will be the lone coaches returning to the team this year to work under new head coach Chuck Pagano. Bruce Arians will manage the offense and Greg Manusky will run the defense, as previously announced, though quite a few new members were officially added.
The remainder of the staff includes Brant Boyer (assistant special teams), Gary Emanuel (defensive line), Jeff Fitzgerald (linebackers), Joe Gilbert (assistant offensive line), Mike Gillhamer (secondary), Frank Guifre (quality control offense), Alfredo Roberts (tight ends), Brad White (quality control defense) and Charlie Williams (wide receivers).
There's obviously quite a bit of hope that this staff can turn things around. If nothing else, the team shouldn't have the same problems as last year considering the revamped staff.
