Super Bowl XLVI Odds And Line: New England Patriots Remain Three-Point Favorites

If you listened to all of the expert analysis leading up to Super Bowl XVLI you would think the New York Giants would be favored to take home the Lombardi Trophy. But instead the lines and odds for the game have remained steady in favoring the New England Patriots throughout the two weeks leading up to the big game which attracts plenty of betting action around the world.

According to Bovada, the New England Patriots are three-point favorites to defeat the New York Giants at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Patriots are also one-point favorites to take the lead into halftime before Madonna takes the field. The over/under for the game is currently set at 54 points.

There are plenty of prop bets available on this monster betting day, but wagering on the outcome of the game remains the big bet of the day. So while all of that analysis centered around explaining how the Giants should have an advantage and beat the Patriots, the oddsmakers in Las Vegas and around the world have been steadfast in their support of the Patriots as the favorites to win a tightly contested Super Bowl.
